The 57 Turbo Drive was born from a simple yet powerful idea: to bring back under the guitarist’s feet the sound of late-1950s Fender amplifiers—the very amps that literally gave birth to rock ’n’ roll. It was an era defined by direct, dynamic tones, rich harmonics, and incredible expressiveness—and, nearly 70 years later, that sound still feels surprisingly modern.

Inspired by iconic amplifiers such as the Fender ’57 Custom Deluxe and other historic circuits of that era, the 57 Turbo Drive is not a nostalgic copy, but a modern reinterpretation of that sonic character. Vintage at its core, yet perfectly at home in contemporary musical contexts—from blues to rock, from country to indie and beyond.

A transparent overdrive that respects your tone

At the heart of the 57 Turbo Drive is an extremely transparent overdrive/boost, designed to enhance your guitar, pickups, and amplifier without altering their natural character. The response to touch is immediate, dynamic, and alive: play softly and the sound stays clean and three-dimensional; dig in harder and it opens up, breaks up, and gains body in a completely natural way—just like the great tweed amps of the era.

There is no artificial compression, no frequency masking—just musical gain, warm harmonics, and a feel that makes you want to keep playing.

Essential controls, just like back in the day

Staying true to the spirit of the 1950s, the controls are few but highly effective:

Engine

The heart of the pedal. It controls the gain, ranging from a warm, full-bodied clean boost to a vintage overdrive that is always defined, full of character, and perfect for pushing an amplifier.

Power

The output volume, abundant and clean—ideal both for level balancing and for using the 57 Turbo Drive as a true boost.

Completing the setup is the Turbo switch, the pedal’s more aggressive soul.

Turbo mode: when vintage gets nasty

Engaging Turbo mode picks up exactly where the standard mode leaves off, delivering additional gain without sacrificing transparency or definition. It’s like pushing an old tweed amp even further past the edge, resulting in a more saturated, rougher sound that remains musical and fully controllable.

This mode makes the pedal extremely versatile: from light, dynamic overdrive to raw, aggressive rock ’n’ roll—always with a strong and unmistakable identity.

A timeless sound for today’s music

The 57 Turbo Drive proves that a sound born almost seventy years ago can still feel incredibly relevant today. It’s the ideal pedal for players who love ’50s vintage tone but don’t want to give up modern reliability, dynamics, and versatility.

Perfect with single coils, surprisingly powerful with humbuckers, and outstanding into clean or slightly broken-up amplifiers, the 57 Turbo Drive is built for musicians who seek character, simplicity, and soul.

A handcrafted pedal that doesn’t chase trends, but tells a story.

And that story… still sounds damn good. 🎸🔥
